Domestic shipping Delivery

USA:

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and volume

The system gives you a choice of shipping with UPS or USPS

In most cases USPS is cheaper than UPS, but occasionally UPS is less expensive, so check each option at check out.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale, except for kits that have not been opened or cut into. Any returns need to be requested within 3 days of delivery, and posted back to us within 7 days of delivery.

If we happen to have made an error fulfilling your order, then we will refund your return shipping cost and either exchange or refund the item.

We are able to cancel your order prior to shipping only if the postage has not already been applied and paid for.

If an item is returned to Sew Creative Quilt Fabric due to incorrectly provided shipping address or you refused it, or if you declined to pay the import duties, or failed to pick it up at your end, we will refund the purchase price of the fabric ONLY. In such cases the shipping cost can not be refunded.

Shipping to Canada

As of May 2023 these are approximate USPS costs

USPS raises shipping costs at least once per year.

Our system will calculate the actual costs as of the date your order is placed.

Base price for the smallest package weighing 4 oz = 1/2 yard + packaging is $15 for every 2.20 oz = 1/2 yard added, the shipping cost goes up.

The most economical per yard cost to ship fabrics from the USA to Canada:

Up to 7 yards can ship First Class Package costing US$22

Up to 12 yards fits in a USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope costing US$30

Most quilt kits will fit in a Flat Rate Padded Envelope, but larger kits like Queen/King size quilt kits will not.

If for any reason the system calculates the shipping too high Sew Creative Quilt Fabric will refund overages if it amounts to more than US$2+

Australia/NZ Shipping

These are the current USPS shipping costs to Australia/New Zealand

If the system calculates higher, we will refund the overages

1/2 - 1 yd = US$19.50

1 1/2 - 7 yards = US$31

7 1/2 - 11 yards = US$49

11 1/2 - 14 yards = US$67

The above rates are based on Kaffe Fassett Collective fabrics weight and volume.

Orders over 11 yards may ship in several packages or one box depending which is the cheapest cost to the customer.

Any overages are refunded at the time of shipping.

IMPORT DUTIES FOR YOUR COUNTRY:

Additional import duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs service, and Sew Creative Quilt Fabric is not liable for these costs.

International orders usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to arrive in your country and then has to clear customs. There is no telling how long that might take. Please allow up to 6 weeks before we consider an order lost and can then report it to the USPS for investigation.
